Review Redeemed and Outstanding Gift Certificates
The holidays bring in lots of shoppers getting the perfect gift (card) for their friends and family. Run the Payment Detail report for the year, with Gift Certificates as payment type, so you can prepare for customers to redeem their gift.  Your accountant will also need the Redeemed gift certificate amount to balance your books from previous gift certificate sales.
