Major Enhancements to Ennoview's Support Department

 

To better support our customers, the Envision Technical Support Team has made dramatic enhancements within the department. It is important that our valued customers know about these improvements as well as what to expect in the near future. Additionally, we want to thank you for your patience while we implemented these changes with our growing team.

 

Envision Support Department Enhancements:

 

Drastically Increased Staff
Our support staff has more than doubled in size to ensure that your calls are being answered when you first call in and shortening any wait time. All new technicians received extensive training to learn the full details of Envision and how to properly support our customers.

 

Installation & Implementation Department
We created a new Installation & Implementation Department, led by our most experienced technicians. This team will assist you with software upgrades, installations, and new products purchased from Ennoview. They will also provide detailed coaching on your new features. 

 

New Phone System with Skill-Based Call Routing
A substantial investment is being put toward new phone system that will allow us to direct your calls to technicians who have been trained and certified on specific topics. If you are calling in about a more complex area of the program, an experienced technician will receive your call first.

 

As always, we continually prepare our team for any questions you may have. It is our goal to have each technician officially certified to assist with all areas of the program. 

 

On-Going Team Training
New Hires received extensive training to learn the full details of Envision and how to properly support our customers. However the training doesn't stop there. All of our technicians receive weekly training and refresher courses on specific areas of the program.
