Got a Suggestion? Let’s hear it!

 

 

We are always looking into improving our software and adding features or changes that you have requested. But do you know how you can input a suggestion for future updates? You can do it right from your Envision software!

 

 

Send Suggestions!

 

  • If you have our installed version of Envision, just click on the Company drop down in the top left and select “Company Guide.” On this screen, look for the option on the left that says “Send Suggestion / Issue for Review.” 

 

  • If you are using our Envision Cloud software, it’s just as easy. Once you’re signed into the Cloud, go to the Help option in the top right, and select “Send Suggestion.”
     

 

 

 

Whether you’re using our Installed or Cloud versions of our software, you can always send in feedback on a feature you’d like to see or if you feel we could add something to make our software better. These requests are reviewed by our technical support and development teams. Just remember to be as detailed as possible with your suggestions, so we know exactly what it is you’re looking for!

 

 
Tech Tip: Keep Up-to-Date with Updates!
 

You can always check to see what updates have been added to the software. This can help you stay on top of the latest features that are now available for you to use.

 

  • If you have our installed version of Envision, simply click the File drop down in the top left and select “What’s New – Program Updates..” to display the list of updates and what update they were added in. 

 

  • If you are using our Envision Cloud software, click on the Menu icon in the top right, and select “What’s New” to get the list by date of updates that have been added to the software.

 

 

As a reminder as well, if you are using our installed version of Envision with an active service agreement, you can always download the latest version of your software on www.envisionhelpdesk.com. If you’re using our Cloud software, these updates are done automatically!
